User-friendly for people who actually work
Screens are built for order processing and the station floor: clear steps, mobile-ready, floor login beside office accounts. No 200-page training manual to configure an order or advance a batch.

Why switch
ERPOnline does not only save ‘a licence’. It removes friction between office, floor, driver and finance — and makes AI and maps part of that same reality.
Screens are built for order processing and the station floor: clear steps, mobile-ready, floor login beside office accounts. No 200-page training manual to configure an order or advance a batch.
Orders in Excel, production on a whiteboard, routes in a separate app, chat in WhatsApp, invoices in an accounting pack: every handoff is an error risk. One platform means fewer integrations, less rework and faster clarity when something breaks — from a web-order issue to a failed background job.
Hosted SaaS: laptop in the office, tablet on the floor, phone in the van. Secure access with accounts, roles and optional TOTP. You do not run your own server farm just to work from home.
System notifications (such as stock issues) land in the message stream. Mentions link to orders, articles, batches or materials. Delivery-week proposals can be answered in-thread. Conversation stays findable next to the data — not in a private chat nobody audits.
The assistant uses the same tool contracts as the application, streams answers and asks confirmation on writes. Customer watch flags revenue decline, growth or silence. On the roadmap: broader inventory/sales opportunities, forecasting and weekly briefs. AI stays usage-based — not hidden in an all-you-can-eat subscription.
Follow-up on customer, supplier and order issues with actions, email and escalation — and where needed a handoff into remediation. No shadow admin beside your ERP.
Geocoding, matrix, directions and route optimisation feed production planning, shipping and live track & trace. Cost follows usage, beside your fixed tenant price.
Each customer in their own tenant/schema. Roles from admin to production worker. Optional two-factor authentication. No ISO logos we cannot stand behind — concrete measures the platform actually offers.
Fixed monthly costs include datacenter and backup. Backups sit in immutable storage: extra resistance to ransomware. In a serious incident you lose at most about one day of data — a plain-language promise, not marketing smoke.
Compare costs
Large suites usually charge per user. Monthly cost rises quickly once office and floor both need access — before implementation, customisation and hosting. Below is a rough estimate from published list prices (excl. VAT) so you can place ERPOnline next to familiar names.
Licence ballpark: ~10 full office users / month, excl. VAT. Shop-floor logins and device licences are often extra on large suites.
| System | Indicative licence / month | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision successor) | approx. €700–€1,000 | List price roughly €70–€110 per user/month (Essentials vs Premium with manufacturing). 10 Premium users ≈ €950. Team Members are cheaper but limited. |
| SAP Business One (cloud) | approx. €500–€1,100 | Limited ≈ €47 / Professional ≈ €91 per user/month; with hosting often higher. Mix of limited + professional sets the total; year-one implementation is often tens of thousands of euros. |
| Odoo Enterprise | approx. €250–€600 | Standard/Custom roughly €25–€60 per user/month (region and billing dependent). Cheaper on licences, but production/custom work often needs partner days and sometimes Custom/Odoo.sh. |
| Mavis (Didata) and similar vertical ERPs | on request | No public price list. Aimed at e.g. technical wholesale; in practice usually a quote for licence/hosting plus a project — mid/upper segment, not ‘app-store cheap’. |
Indicative only, not a quote. Prices change by region, partner and discount. Implementation, training, custom work, integrations and support are often extra. Mavis does not publish a fixed price list.
from €410per month, excl. VAT
ERPOnline (same order of magnitude): from about €410 / month excl. VAT at revenue up to €250k (base €250 + datacenter/backup €160), up to 25 office users included. At revenue up to €500k: about €660 / month. Extra office €100; production staff €10 — no expensive full-user seat for every floor login. AI and Maps billed separately by usage.
Calculate your ERPOnline priceWith Dynamics, SAP and many vertical packages, implementation (setup, migration, training, integrations) is often a multiple of the first years of licence fees — for SME scenarios think tens of thousands to low hundreds of thousands of euros, depending on complexity. Odoo can start lighter, but production configuration and custom work add up via partners. ERPOnline prices the tenant by revenue with room for floor users, so you do not pay enterprise per-seat rates just to run orders and batches.
