Plan and load
Manage vans with capacity, unload time and max drive time. Route proposals via Google Route Optimization or the built-in planner. Confirmed runs load in reverse stop order (LIFO) so the first stop sits on top.

Driver on the road
The driver starts with GPS, navigates, marks arrival and closes the shipment (accepted or left, with photo). The system keeps an ETA window toward the customer.

Track & trace without login
With a delivery track token the customer sees delivery day, a 2-hour window, how many stops remain before them, live driver position and whether leaving the parcel is allowed. Background emails cover planned, time window, ETA, delivered and delivery-week warnings.
