The assistant lives in your tenant. It uses the same API surface as the Vue app (tool contracts), streams answers and asks for confirmation on writes. Not a generic chatbot that must not touch your data.

Questions about customers, open orders, production and background jobs. Suggestions such as customer list, open orders, production report or failed jobs. Export to Excel or PDF where relevant.

Write actions go through confirm or cancel. AI stays helpful without silent changes to your books.

Cost
AI is usage-based (tokens) and is not part of the fixed subscription amount in the calculator. You pay for what you use — on top of your revenue-based tenant price.
