Roles and access
Roles such as owner/admin, management, order processing, production lead, administration and production worker. Optional two-factor authentication (TOTP / authenticator app), required or resettable by admin.

Floor login and pace
Production staff can work via floor login (name + station). Photo and badge code support recognition on the floor (scanner comes later). Pieces-per-hour paces feed capacity planning.

Hours and staffing
Weekly schedule, leave, sick, schedule changes. Staffing shows presence versus demand per product group, station roster (drag), suggestions and shortage alerts. Default break with override when needed.
Less ‘who is in today?’ in the group chat — more steering from the same data as production.
